Breakwater Creative Arts is a five-week multi-arts program for students ages 7 to 14 offering classes in the visual arts, music, dance, drama, sports and writing. Young people choose from over 
30 courses (click here for 2008 course descriptions) and create their own schedules of 5 classes which meet daily, and the program culminates in a day-long Arts Festival. Each day also features a “free choice” period and a Noontime Show, where students perform works-in-progress from their classes. We also offer mini classes in specialized areas and welcome guest artists. The staff at Breakwater Creative Arts are professionals in their fields (click for brief biographies for 2008) and bring a passion to the program for all of the arts.

Festival Day: July 25, 2008
All students exhibit and/or perform the projects they have been working on all five weeks at the Arts Festival. This day includes art exhibits, dance recitals, sports demos and a full musical production performed both the evening prior and on Arts Festival Day. All are welcome to attend!
Ages: 7 though 14 (must be 7 years old by June 1, 2008)
2008 Dates:
June 23 - July 25 (Monday through Friday for five weeks. No camp on July 4).
2008 Fees: $1,250.
Extended days cost $7.50 per hour
Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Extended day 4:00 to 6:00 pm

Breakwater Creative Arts is adapted by special arrangement with the Charles River Creative Arts Program in Dover, MA.
